General Return Policy

We accept returns for most products within 3 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. The product must be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  3. The item should not fall under the exclusions listed below.
  4. Item is damaged (Uncut Unboxing Video Required within 1 hour from the date and time of the delivery of package )
  5. Return is not acceptable on basis of choice or wrong color selected by the customer during checkout.

Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are excluded from our return policy:

  • Bags & Wallets
  • Fashion Jewellery

For these categories, we recommend checking the product details carefully before making a purchase. Returns or refunds will not be accepted unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@azomia.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following:

  1. Clear photographs of the damaged/defective item.
  2. Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the item was purchased using a promotional discount, the refund will reflect the discounted price.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
